When you submit the request form we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, optional email, ZIP code or neighborhood, the service you need, how soon, and any notes. We also record the date and time, the page you used, your browser's user-agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address to block spam and abuse.

Why we collect it

To match your request with a local tree service and pass your details to them so they can contact you about that request. We also use it to keep basic records of requests and referrals.

Who we share it with

We share each request with one independent local tree service only. That business may pay us for the referral. We do not sell or share your request with multiple businesses, data brokers, or advertisers. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

By submitting the form, you agree to be contacted by a local pro about your request. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic request data to deliver and protect the site.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for up to 24 months for record-keeping and dispute resolution, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop being contacted, submit the request form and choose "Privacy request (delete or correct my info)" under "What do you need?". Use the same phone number you used before so we can find your record. We will not share a privacy request with any business.

Children

This service is for adult homeowners and residents. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
